Being gay, bi or queer is great, being homophobic fucking sucks.

Sadly, homophobia and repressed homosexuality have always been tragically intertwined. So it's no surprise that in the rising manosphere culture permeating our men in society today has so many glaring examples staring us in the face, aggressively.

So here are five gay things about the manosphere:

  1. Performing for other men.

The hyper fixation on impressing the boys feels very homoerotic. The weird concept of dating a woman you can show off to the boys, as well as horribly objectifying, feels like buried longing for intimacy leaking out. Cars, watches and all the other phallic, materialistic purchases used to show off to other men are soaked with the urge to submit to men they think are more rich and successful.

  1. Hating women

This seems obvious but the number of self professed straight, alpha males that show absolute contempt for women en masse seems kind of crazy. Men are rewarded for their misogyny by the patriarchy but punished for their homosexuality which is why we see so many misogynistic gay men leading straight lives and terrorising the women around them.

  1. Being hung up on body count.

Being obsessed with how many men a woman has slept with is super gay, stop being obsessed with other men. The patriarchy and misogyny promotes purity because they want women to be inexperienced so they're easier to control, don't play a role in this system of abuse.

  1. Not liking makeup.

Men who complain about women looking different without makeup, 'they're tricking us!' My guy, it's okay if you're not attracted to women.

  1. Reserving intimacy for male friends.

The notion of being strong for your family and 'not showing weakness or emotion' to your partner, reserving a huge aspect of emotional intimacy for your male friends instead of your partner is again a repressed longing to be intimate with other men.

All of these toxic traits because men are rewarded by the patriarchy for living at lie at the expense of women and their own relationships. Guys, we need to realise that the patriarchy hurts us to, fuck the patriarchy.
